HM Boys is an acronym for "Home Made Boys", was established in September 1998, making it one of the longer running buzzwords in the Gay adult world.

The philosophy behind the site is to focus on the typical "boys next door" with content shot by a small network of amateur videographers and photographers around the globe along with periodic material from some of the larger studios as well.

I found its navigation clear and easy and its design well presented. I had no difficulty finding any feature within the site. And I rather enjoy the way that creatively written passages provided throughout the membership section contribute to the overall feel of the site.

After just a few moments' browsing, you realize this site is not just slapped together, but it has been painstakingly planned to enhance member enjoyment. I'm always favorably impressed with that kind of attention to detail.

The heart and soul of any Gay adult site are the guys who grace its pages.

I asked the curators of the site about what they desire when choosing episodes:

You can't swing a mouse by its tail without hitting a few "boy" sites which feature whole busloads of skeletal, too-shaved, peroxide-tortured young men from whom you wouldn't accept a fast food order they had touched even the outside of the bag.

I found my visit to HM Boys a refreshing treat - it's a clever place focused on attractive young men, far different from those ubiquitous market driven schemes which cater to the "hairless edge" of the envelope in this over-stylized niche.

Photographic quality is Excellent, with large, crisp images. Even when you go back to the "vintage" part of the library - the year 2000 sets - stuff is still quite good. The images are available in both contact sheet and slide show format, and my only tsk-tsk here is that the thumbnails could be a bit larger.

The quality of the video streams is Above Average on the newer scenes, although the older streams are definitely showing their age. In a perfect world, the streams would be available in more than just the Real Player format, but you takes what you gets and don't ask for more.

As a voracious reader and a lover of comic books, I especially enjoyed the Story Library. It's completely orginal stuff, presented in an intriguing manner - a joy for those who love to read.

Overall, HM Boys is a very hot place that should provide hours of entertainment.
