Normally, I avoid these "cluster-fuck-slash-family-of" site sitations like the Black Plague (aka Yersinia pestis). Typically, they're total ripoffs with nothing much to offer those who spend their hard earned money.

That said, let me explain why I'm penning a review for this particular "cluster-fuck-slash-family-of"...

It's because, taken as a group, the whole kit and kaboodle is pretty damn erotic and very pleasing.

The sites are basic and they all work extremely well very; fortunately, they're all birds of the same feather, perhaps the very definition of the cliche "cookie cutter," which is a big plus in this case since you'll be visiting all of them to see all of your favorite action figures getting down and dirty.

What truly saves this operation from being just "another buncha sites" is the talent behind the firewalls. There are too many hot young men to count, the action is non-stop, and the videos are extremely well-photographed.

In a perfect world, the producers would have had some schmoe running around with a high-end still camera to shoot gallery images, but - realistically speaking - that always cuts the quality of the action.

And although I'm admittedly not a big fan of video on the computer, I do have to say that I respect the video streams found within this family of sites. The quality is nice indeed. The streams show their "made for DVD" roots quite obviously, and I'll just call them "a pleasure" to watch... Get your mind into the gutter!

The Helix family of sites made me 

I spent Sunday afternoon browsing through this family of sites and kept a woody most of the time.

Helix Studios is a "newish" production company for gay adult videos - it popped up in 2004. They specialize in the production of twink, Latino and spanking DVDs.

The content within these sites is plentiful and well worth the price of admission, almost to the point that I wonder how they make money on their sites. Some of the content is scenes from their bevy of movie titles, so the the quality is practically the same as you would receive watching a DVD. Surprisingly, the movies are presented as streams on demand or may be downloaded to your computer or Ipod for your personal entertainment (aka jack-off) sessions over and over again.

The photos are mostly screen caps and provide a nice summary of what to expect when you view the movie. I like this feature because I can screen the movies beforehand for models that I want to see in action.

I particularly was impressed by the models. Most of the guys are young and quite attractive. No street urchins here. In the videos that I sampled, the guys truly were into having sex with each other and the chemistry was hot. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a variety of scenes and scenarios, unlike many sites that repeat the same plot over and over. I had to laugh at one point when a guy sneaks behind a shed for a little horn-shaving personal relief and gets caught by another guy doing it. The sounds in the background included a plane passing overhead and kids playing in the neighborhood. It really gave me a sense of the danger of getting caught as he was stroking his meat.
